Richmond businesses get into the #SophieShoeChallenge!
We are excited that businesses are partnering with us for shoe collection! Much thanks to Bree King, Liberty Mutual Insurance Agent and Kevin Nanna at Stratford University West Broad Street!
We have a few more coming. Would your business like to help?
If you know of a student looking for a community service project or if your business or office group would like to help organize a collection, please contact Rebecca Blackwell here for flyers, to schedule a time to drop off/deliver, and we will showcase your efforts through Facebook and our website. Sweep us up off our feet and get your foot in the door, put your best foot forward. Show us what you can do!
Let’s see who can collect the most shoes to help single women receive the services they need to stay encouraged! We get $10 per bag of 25 pairs!
Collect shoes and take a SHOE SELFIE & tag #sophieshoechallenge – Post to Instagram and Facebook.

One Harvest Food Ministries is a non-denominational, faith based organization that is committed to helping American families. They offer affordable, pre-paid, pre-packaged, high quality food boxes. Our quality standard is based on a simple question…
If Christ were sitting at our table, would we be proud to serve Him our food?
By partnering with local churches and other community minded organizations, they are able to offer a once monthly distribution giving you an opportunity to SAVE, SERVE and CONNECT. Savings is simple, everyone wants to save money and everyone has to eat. Serving and connecting with your community can be difficult at times. OneHarvest offers you an opportunity to do all three.
(remember pick up location is Mt. Vernon Baptist July 23rd from 9am-10am)
