The Sophie House News December 2016

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

The Sophie House is feeling so blessed and hope you are too with the closing of 2016!

The Social & Silent Auction was a huge success! We hope you are enjoying all the purchases you made and all the friendships that were formed! We look forward to next years event and hope you are too! We had an amazing team of volunteers that helped with the event but we want to especially thank the co-chairs as our December volunteer spotlight – Kary Browne and Cory Dunn. Thank you ladies for a spectacular job in planning and coordinating the event. We would also like to thank Michael Tillem, the Facilities Manager. We couldn’t have done it without you all!!

We are looking forward to 2017! We have new programs and events planned for the new year. We will have bible studies and support group meetings throughout the year, as well as classes such as cooking, crafting, couponing, exercise, organization and more. These will be available to clients and the community so be sure to read your newsletters regularly and stay in touch on Facebook (@thesophiehouse) and Instagram (@thesophiehouse)

We want to wish you, your friends and family a truly blessed Merry Christmas and Happy New year! The Sophie House has been blessed tremendously in 2016 with our new community center location and so many new friends and faces to help, donate, and volunteer. We are looking forward to 2017!
