Food Pantry

Our food pantry is available to those in need of food assistance.  We provide nonperishable food items, canned fruits and vegetables, paper products, and toiletries to our clients.  In addition, we have partnered with Panera Bread to receive weekly donations of their bread products to distribute to our clients.  Our pantry is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm.

You can drop off donations at any time during our community center hours – Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.  After hours, please place donations in the covered bin on our front porch.  Our community center is located at:

Household Items

From time to time, we assist our clients by providing them items to furnish their home.   For furniture, please contact us at (804) 658-5214 to inquire about current clients.  You can also doante to the CARITAS furniture bank at Christ Church Episcopal, a partner church with The Sophie House.
